MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – A semi truck rolled over on the westbound lanes of Highway 99, causing major delays on Monday morning, ABC 13 reports.
According to authorities, the accident occurred near the San Jacinto River bridge around 2 am. Westbound lanes of Highway 99 were closed until about 9:05 am.
Drivers were encouraged to avoid the area between FM 1314 and Riley Fuzzell Road.
