LUBBOCK, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a semi truck on I-27 early Tuesday morning, Everything Lubbock reports.
According to the Lubbock Police Department, the collision occurred in the northbound lanes of I-27 near 50th Street around 3:17 am. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
