EL PASO, TX – A collision involving an 18-wheeler caused a power outage affecting over 2,000 customers on Thursday evening, KFOX14 reports.
According to the El Paso Police Department, the collision occurred at 11751 Gateway Boulevard West around 7:50 pm. The semi truck reportedly struck a transmission pole. Outage maps show that 2,140 customers lost power. No injuries have been reported.
